hey your probably better asking this stuff at
 
gamereplays.org generals section, youl get a better reply! 
 
aceton is required yes! you just google aceton and it comes up, easy
 
and when you have an account im sure you just view a league then it should say join this league! and you create a clan/warrior

Thx cruzZzZ, the 2 last sentences resume it all btw, no need ask GR's help.
You make a global to join any leagues, then u make a warrior/clan to play leagues.
